TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The availability request is not binding to either the client nor Tortorella for the Residence Inn Family Resort.
Booking is made by the customer who has the duty to send the deposit within the period specified by the Management of Tortorella Inn Family Resort Residence.
The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the total services booked.
When your reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirmation or fax which you will need to bring when checking-in at our hotel.
Stay: from Saturday to Saturday;during A-B period (see list) you can make a minimum stay of 3 nights without obligation of arriving on the Saturday
Arrival (check-in): from 15.00 to 19.00.
Departure (check-out): before 10.00.
Payment: at check-in as follows:
- cash- cheque- Credit Card
CANCELLATIONS
In case of a booking cancellation Tortorella Inn Family Resort Residence has the right to withhold the following compensation, calculated on the amount of the deposit (the cost will be charged to the customer):
- within 24 hours from booking: 0% (full refund of the deposit to the customer)
- 30 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit will be retained
- 29-15 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained
- 14-7 days before arrival: 75% of the deposit will be retained
