Laundry:The residence  has a laundry room (open 24hrs )with three  self-service washing machines.

Pets: for a small extra charge (€ 50.00) it is possible to accommodate small pets.

Garage: garage parking is available for  our guests, even for daily use, at a cost of € 4,00 / day.

Crib for babies, you can rent a crib for the entire stay at € 50.00 per week

Linen change: for stays longer than a week we offer our guests the opportunity to change the bedding and / or towels at € 5.00 per change per person.

Breakfast: We offer the possibility to have an abundant breakfast at our bar for € 35 per person / week
